New York Thruway Exit # 18 New Paltz / Poughkeepsie After paying toll stay to the right and follow signs for 299 East Continue for 5.0 miles to the intersection of 299 and 9W At the light make a right turn onto 9W South and proceed for 12.6 miles and make a left turn onto the second Old Post Rd street sign. The first sign you will see at 10.5 miles, continue another 2.1 miles to the next sign for Old Post Rd. Prior to the street you will pass Hudson Diner and the Poland Springs office on your left. Prior to the street on the right you will see a sign for Roseton 1. If you pass the Cedar Hill Cemetery on your left side you went to far. Once on Old Post Road continue down for 0.4 miles and the road bends to the right and turns into River Road, continue for 1.9 miles on River Road and the subdivision will be on your left side. From the Mid Hudson Bridge After crossing over the bridge going west stay to the left and follow signs for 9W south. Once on 9W continue for 10.1 miles and make a left turn onto the second Old Post Rd street sign. The first sign you will see at 8.0 miles, continue another 2.1 miles to the next sign for Old Post Rd. Prior to the street you will pass Hudson Diner and the Poland Springs office on your left. Prior to the street on the right you will see a sign for Roseton 1. If you pass the Cedar Hill Cemetery on your left side you went to far. Once on Old Post Road continue down for 0.4 miles and the road bends to the right and turns into River Road, continue for 1.9 miles on River Road and the subdivision will be on your left side. From New Jersey and New York Thruway Exit # 17 Newburgh At the intersection of Route 287 and 80 in NJ proceed North on 287 for 25 miles After passing Exit 66 on 287 North stay to the left and follow signs for Albany 87 North and NY Thruway North. Continue North on the NY Thruway for 30 miles to Exit # 17 Newburgh After paying the toll stay in the right lane and follow signs for North 300 to 84 Once you merge onto North 300 stay in the right lane and take the first exit 84 East Beacon. Stay on 84 for 2 miles and get off at Exit # 10 Newburgh (9W) (32) Once off the exit stay in the left lane and take a left turn at the light onto 9W North Proceed straight for 0.6 miles on 9W at your second light make a right turn onto Chestnut Lane Paladon Country Club will be on your right side, continue to first stop sign and make a left turn At the next stop sign make a right turn at the famous "300 year old Balmville tree" then make your first left turn onto River Road Once on River Road the entrance to The Anchorage will be 2.1 miles down on the right side, enjoy the view. From New Jersey and New York Thruway Exit # 16 Harriman After getting off exit #16 and paying the toll stay to the right and follow signs for 32 Central Valley. At the light make a right turn onto 32 in front of the Woodbury Commons Mall and continue straight to the 5th traffic light after 9.8 miles. You will see signs for Cornwall Route 107 at the light make a right turn and proceed up the hill 0.5 miles and follow signs for 9W North. Once on 9W continue for 3.0 miles and take the first right turn after you pass the Toyota Dealership and Windsor Motel both on your right side. Continue for 0.2 miles and stay to the right of the fork in the road At stop sign make a right turn onto River Road Continue straight for 3.8 miles through two stop signs to the first traffic light and make a right turn onto Balmville Rd. Continue down Balmville Rd and you will pass the entrance to the Paladon Country Club on your left side, continue straight through 1st stop sign At the second stop sign make a right turn at the famous "300 year old Balmville tree" then make your first left turn onto River Road Once on River Road the entrance to The Anchorage will be 2.1 miles down on the right side, enjoy the view. From Intersection of 684 and 84 coming from Connecticut Continue on 84 going west for 26.5 miles to the Newburgh/Beacon Bridge Once over the bridge take the first exit #10 N 9W North Continue 0.5 miles to first light and make right turn onto Chestnut Lane. Paladon Country Club will be on your right side, continue to first stop sign and make a left turn At the second stop sign make a right turn at the famous "300 year old Balmville tree" then make your first left turn onto River Road Once on River Road the entrance to The Anchorage will be 2.1 miles down on the right side, enjoy the view. From Intersection of 684 and 287 in White Plains, NY Proceed North on 684 for 27.5 miles to exit 9W (Route 84 West) Once on 84 West proceed for 26.5 miles to the Newburgh/Beacon Bridge Once over the bridge take the first exit #10 N 9W North Continue 0.5 miles to first light and make right turn onto Chestnut Lane. Paladon Country Club will be on your right side, continue to first stop sign and make a left turn At the second stop sign make a right turn at the famous "300 year old Balmville tree" then make your first left turn onto River Road Once on River Road the entrance to The Anchorage will be 2.1 miles down on the right side, enjoy the view. From Rockland County and the Tapanzee Bridge Going West on 287 from White Plains across the Tapanzee bridge From the bridge proceed for 6.4 miles to Exit 13N (Palisades Parkway) Continue North for 19 miles to the Bear Mountain Rotary in front of the entrance to the Bear Mountain Bridge. Continue three quarters around the rotary and take exit for 9W (West Point) Continue for 14.6 miles on 9W and take the first right turn after you pass the Toyota Dealership and Windsor Motel both on your right side, Continue for 0.2 miles and stay to the right of the fork in the road At stop sign make a right turn onto River Road Continue straight through two stop signs to first traffic light at 3.8 miles and make a right turn onto Balmville Rd. Directions back to our office from the Anchorage Left turn out of the subdivision onto River Road Continue 2.1 miles and make right turn at stop sign At next stop sign make another right turn Make first left at school and continue straight to traffic Light Continue straight onto Country Road Route 86 Fostertown Road for 4.0 miles our Model Home / Office is on the left side.
